| dc.description.abstract | Actualment a Espanya vivim en una organització social i cultural anomenada patriarcat, aquest sistema provoca desigualtats de gènere i al mateix temps, desencadena la violència masclista. La joventut som els que hauríem de ser més conscients d’aquesta idea, ja que som el futur i serem els que lluitarem a partir del feminisme pels drets i deures que tota la ciutadania es mereix. Per això, en aquest treball s’analitzaran i s’interpretaran els resultats sobre la percepció i el coneixement dels estudiants del grau en Treball Social i Administració i Direcció d’Empreses de la Universitat de Lleida en referència a les desigualtats de gènere i la violència masclista. Tot això, serà possible amb la utilització de la tècnica quantitativa, a través de la realització de qüestionaris. Les conclusions de l’estudi consten de la comparativa entre els dos graus, la comparativa dels dos graus universitaris amb l’estudi del govern ‘’Percepción de la violencia de género en la adolescencia y juventud’’ i les conclusions amb els corresponents objectius i hipòtesis. Recollint el més important, he extret que els estudiants universitaris tenen una elevada percepció sobre les desigualtats, els estudiants de Treball Social són més coneixedors de la violència masclista que els estudiants d’Administració i Direcció d’Empreses, la variable dona, ideologia política d’esquerra i centre esquerra implica major percepció i coneixement, i en canvi, l’edat no és un indicador clau. En poques paraules, lluitem per igualar tot allò que ens diferència entre dones i homes i erradiquem la violència masclista. | ca_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Currently, in Spain we live in a social and cultural organization known as patriarchy. This system causes gender inequalities and at the same time, it triggers male violence. The youth are the ones who should be more conscious about this idea, since we are the future and we will be who will fight on the basis of feminism for the rights and duties that all citizens deserve. Therefore, this paper will analyse and interpret the results on the perception and knowledge of students of the degree in Social Work and Business Administration and Management of the University of Lleida in reference to gender inequalities and male violence. This study is based on the use of the quantitative method, through the completion of questionnaires. The conclusions of this study consist of the comparison between the two degrees, the comparison of the two university degrees with the government’s study: “Percepción de la violencia de género en la adolescencia y juventud” and of course, of the respective objectives and hypothesis of this paper. The most important finding is that Social Work students are more aware about the male violence than the Business Administration and Management students. The female variable, left and centre-left political ideology implies greater perception and knowledge. In contrast, age is not a key indicator. Briefly, let us fight to equalize the differences between women and men and eradicate male violence. | ca_ES |
