El present treball consisteix en un projecte tècnic que té com a objectiu dissenyar i construir una nau industrial destinada a un molí d’oli amb una producció anual de 200 tones d'oli d'oliva verge i verge extra situada a Torrefarrera (Lleida).El procés productiu abastarà des de la recepción de les olives finsa l’obtenció de l’oli, axí com el seu envasat.Al llarg del projecte s'han realitzat estudis previs del producte, matèria primera, alternatives tecnològiques i d'enginyeria. A partir d'aquests estudis previs, es va elaborar el disseny en planta, obtenint com a resultat que la superfície del molí d’oli és de 1.044 m². Una vegada elaborat el disseny en planta es va dimensionar la nau industrial mitjançant el programa CYPE versió estudiants,la il·luminació amb el programa DIALUX EVO versió 9.2 y l'electrificació mitjançant el programa CIEBT. A més, es va efectuar l'anàlisi de perills i punts crítics, es van redactar els controls de qualitat i es va dimensionar la instal·lació fotovoltaica. Finalment, a partir de les dades recollides al llarg del projecte es va analitzar la inversió inicial a realitzar, els pagaments i cobraments anuals i es van aplicar una sèrie d'indicadors de rendibilitat amb la finalitat d'avaluar econòmica i financerament el projecte.AbstractThe present work consists of a technical project that aims to design and build an industrial building for an olive mill with an annual production of 200 tons of olive and olive extra oil, located in Torrefarrera (Lleida).
